We are a jewelry wholesaler and jewelry business consultant for small and medium retail businesses. We focus on sterling silver and stainless steel jewelry programs, findings and parts in sterling silver and stainless steel, and retail supplies relevant to the jewelry industry.
Based outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Little Jewelry Company was created with the following 4 goals at the core of our company culture:

* We will never undercut the retail pricing we suggest to the stores we work with on any of our retail branded websites.
* We will offer the ability to alter or customize our jewelry with no per-sku order minimums or customization fee.
* We will stand behind our product and offer exceptional customer service through our team of sales representatives.
Ordering through LJC:
To order wholesale through LJC, you must have a valid federal EIN or state tax ID number. You will not be able to see our pricing or place orders until we verify your business and identity. This protects our retailers, and keeps our inventory and pricing secret from the general public.
If you are a hobbyist looking to purchase findings, charms, and supplies, or if you wish to purchase jewelry at retail, please contact us so we can appropriately classify your account.
Verified accounts may order directly through the BJC wholesale site, or through their BJC Sales Representative. Once you submit an order request, you may pay directly on our site via Stripe, or have us invoice you once we verify your order. Orders that are not paid within 3 business days will be automatically cancelled. If you contact us to add or remove products from your order, or submit additional orders before we dispatch your shipment, please do this within the 3 day payment window to avoid cancellation. If your account has been approved for net terms, be sure to indicate this in your order notes.
Our minimum order is $100 for first orders, and $50 for reorders. Shipping charges are higher for orders under $100. Free shipping for orders of $299+ within the USA.
We recommend working directly with a sales rep who may be able to provide additional incentives and discounts for your order, and have insights into which items sell the best.
Once an order is received and paid, we will generally dispatch your in-stock order within 3 business days. Any backordered or out of stock items will be fulfilled as they become available by default. You may cancel any pending/backordered items by contacting us before they are fulfilled.
Refunds and Defective Items
Generally, we do not offer refunds or returns for products, unless those products arrive broken or defective. Should this occur, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment, and include the item numbers of the defective items, as well as photos to demonstrate the defect. We may ask you to ship the product back to us at our expense. For defective items that cannot be replaced, you will receive product credit toward your next order by default.
LJC Customers: If you purchased mix packs, you may be eligible to trade slow-selling items back to us for credit toward new products for your store. Contact your sales representative for more information about our programs to help refresh aging inventory and trade-backs.
Special Requests and Production Orders
We carry over 65,000 jewelry products and supplies, and only a small fraction are represented on our website. If you need products that are not shown on our website, contact us with your requirements. We will reply with pricing as well as fulfillment time estimates (for out of stock items), and can make adjustments.
Custom Curated Mixed Packs
One unique and beneficial feature we offer is product curation and customization. Contact us with the amount you wish to spend, the categories you want included with your order, as well as any specific categories/items you do or do not want. We will put together a custom package for you, focused on getting the best possible price for each item. LJC Carded Jewelry Program
LJC Jewelry is hand assembled and carded in the USA, and arrives to your store ready to sell. Generally, the LJC carded jewelry program enjoys a markup of 300-400%, and can be very profitable for any kind of store or boutique, even if they have no jewelry experience. With custom displays and package deals available, our LJC program can help add a new category or revenue stream, or help boost add-on sales.

There is no charge to request a quote for a mixed jewelry pack, and you can cancel or adjust your order at any time. You will not pay for custom curated orders until we provide a manifest and cost breakdown.
Blake Jewelers and Blake Jewelers Partners, Affiliates, and Content Users
Blake Jewelers and affiliated locations are prohibited under their respective agreements from ordering from LJC, and must order directly from Blake Jewelers home office. Any account applications or orders placed from a Blake or affiliated brand will be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Speak to your regional sales manager for details.
